  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase products or use paid services offered by TrendHublix.

  • Trackers
  • Journals
  • Templates
  • Checklists
  • Lead Magnets

  • Downloadable Materials

All products are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.

  1. LICENSE OF USE

When purchasing a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Ownership of the product is not transferred to the purchaser.

  1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Users may create or be assigned customer accounts to access purchases and services.

Customer accounts may include:

  • Order History • Downloads • Purchased Products • Support History • Future MyHublix Services

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  1. PRODUCT ACCESS AND DELIVERY

Digital products are generally delivered through:

  • Email Delivery • Customer Account Downloads • Secure Download Systems

Additional assistance may be available through Support Center services.

TrendHublix is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, email filtering, spam folders, or third-party service interruptions.

  1. Product Access & File Retention

Customers are encouraged to save downloaded files in a secure location and maintain personal backups when appropriate.

Customers may access eligible downloads through order confirmation emails, customer accounts, download management systems, and future TrendHublix access platforms when available.

  1. Reasonable Download Use

TrendHublix may monitor abnormal download activity associated with purchases, customer accounts, or download links.

If reasonable evidence suggests unauthorized distribution, mass sharing, fraudulent activity, abuse of download privileges, or violations of licensing terms, TrendHublix reserves the right to temporarily suspend access while a review is conducted.

TrendHublix may request account verification, investigate suspicious activity, limit future downloads, or revoke access when necessary to protect the ecosystem and intellectual property.

  1. Product Updates & Modifications

TrendHublix may update, improve, modify, replace, reorganize, expand, or discontinue products, resources, templates, memberships, services, digital tools, and ecosystem features at its discretion.

Such modifications may occur to improve user experience, enhance functionality, maintain compatibility, address operational requirements, or support future ecosystem development.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including:

TrendHublix does not store complete payment card information.

All payment processing is subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

  1. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by the TrendHublix Refund & Digital Product Policy.

Digital product sales are generally considered final.

AI-generated content is not a substitute for:

Users remain responsible for decisions made based on information provided by these systems.

  1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may voluntarily submit:
